Abstract
This paper compares and contrasts attitudes of preservice teachers to those of inservice teachers and administrators. In the first section we describe categories of preservice and inservice educators from which data has been gathered, while the second section addresses data collection and instrumentation. The third section includes findings and their implications for the field of teacher education.
