Abstract
For this study, we installed live cameras and a live sensor in a rice field, where elementary school students learn how to grow rice, and developed websites to let the students see the condition of the rice field anytime via the Internet. This paper seeks to examine the contribution of live technologies to the promotion of the fifth graders' study through experience. The results of this study showed the students often visited the live cameras and live sensor websites to recognize the growth of the rice, and also visited the real rice field to deepen their study through experience.
