Abstract

This paper is a report on an on-going research and development effort that seeks to address issues of preparing tomorrow's teachers to integrate technology into their teaching. This paper contains a discussion of the knowledge management approach to collecting, storing and retrieving information captured from teachers as they share their technology integration experiences. This paper will also report on the progress of the Knowledge Innovations for Technology in Education (KITE) project, sharing the experiences and possible applications for the KITE knowledge repository.
