Abstract

This paper presents approaches that utilize several information and Internet technologies to implement technical courses in a non-attendance or distance-learning environment. Major aspects of the paper include content delivery (what and how), assignment submission, examinations (who's taking the test?), assessment, and student profiling to help predict successful candidates. Through sharing their experiences, the authors will show others effective ways to successfully implement distance-learning for courses with high technical content.
