Abstract

This paper shows how we have developed new models for integration of internal and external students into the same type of courses, and made a dual mode learning environment with common courses for on-campus and external students. Based on feedback from students, we present our experiences about how these models work. In our work we focus on changing the student from being a passive listener to an active learner. We present a tool to implement interactivity in the course material presented on Internet.
