Abstract
STICS is a useful system for developing professional skills in legal education. It permits written texts to be attached to streaming video, and is accessible from any terminal that has Internet access. We use the system in a law school classroom. It is more effective if the students share the comments. In this paper, we designed a class as follows: attaching the comments individually by the students, and sharing comments for classroom activities. We discuss the effects of the system based on the results of questionnaire and comments.
